Beautiful, lush rolling hills and breathtaking views of Lake Tellico highlight the Rarity Pointe golf course, Tennessee’s only Audubon Signature Course. World-renowned designer Bob Cupp created this masterpiece that not only offers players a challenging game of golf, but also an incredible experience within an incredible setting. Cupp, a world-famous golf course designer, worked for Jack Nicklaus for 15 years and with Paul Clute to design Rarity Pointe's magnificent course. The par-72, 18-hole championship course sits on 150 acres and offers five sets of tees ranging from 4,700 yards on the forward tees to 7,225 yards at the championship tees. The harmony, scale, balance and rhythm of this exquisite land combine to provide for an outstanding world-class golfing experience at Rarity Pointe.

+1 #1 rhamej 2009-04-21 18:20 This course is one of my all time favs in the local area. Very scenic. Very tough. Very well maintained. Would give it 6 stars if I could

What is up with the greens lately? So slow it's not even funny. If the greens keeper would spend half the amount of time on the greens as he does mowing the rough, the greens would be superb.

#2 jpayne26 2009-11-08 22:37 Rarity pointe is a very long course that will take you about five hours to complete. Rarity pointe is fairly new and is not yet matured but is still quite nice. The course is not too difficult as long as you hit the ball straight. I played for $19.95 by purchasing my tee time from golfnow.com.
