The last few times I have been there they have make me feel stupid for asking questions. Also, if you are looking for a good deal, go somewhere else because they will tell you their selves that they are "not that kind of store" I pretty much got ran out of the store because I told they guy that I didn't want to spend more than $200 on a driver. You would think that this place would have better customer service.

I am changing my comment to agree with the poster below me. Went in there to purchase grips and shaft extensions. The lady behind the counter (who was more interested in the TV than a paying customer) would not sell me individial grips or the extensions. She said that they could install them for me. I told her no thanks, I prefer to do the work my self. She said sorry. So off I went to Edwin Watts and wound up spending $200 there on balls, a glove, grips, tape and grip solvent. Worst CS ever. It's no wonder the store is always dead when I go in there. Never will I go there again.
