Registered members would be able to enter scores and calculate their handicap index according to the USGA guidelines. I may add a couple other perks for registered members also, like contests and so on. This site gets a lot of hits a month, but no one seems interested in signing up to become a member Any of the 15 members want to chime in, let me know your thoughts.
